How long does it take to hear back for an appointment after I submitted to request form?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, although occasionally there may be delays. We ensure a response time of no longer than 72 hours.

Why do I have to request an appointment? Why can't I just book when I want?

After their first appointment, returning clients have the option to book online.

To accommodate the specific needs of our new clients, we kindly ask them to request an appointment due to the nature of their visit. Our goal is to provide each client with dedicated time and attention from their stylist, without feeling rushed during the cutting and educational parts of the appointment. In order to allocate enough time, we also request photos on the request form to assess the length, thickness, and density of your hair. Our top priority is to guarantee a remarkable experience for each and every one of our clients.

Why do you take deposits?

Due to the high demand and the time intensive nature of our appointments, a minimum $50 deposit is required for most of our services. This is to prevent any unnecessary loss of time for both our employees and other potential clients.
